Do I need to book an appointment before visiting?

Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Are you open on weekends?

We are closed on Sundays. Saturdays are available by management approval only for specific administrative matters, vehicle collection or vehicle drop-off.

Can I still make a booking if I do not know the exact cause of the fault?

Yes. Select a diagnostic service so the vehicle can be professionally assessed.
What is diagnostics?

Diagnostics is the process of identifying and confirming the cause of a fault.
Why is there a charge for diagnostics?

It covers specialist equipment, technical expertise, experience and time required to identify faults.
Is the diagnostic fee refundable if I proceed with the repair?

No. The diagnostic fee is not refundable.
If my vehicle has already been diagnosed elsewhere, will CEA still carry out diagnostics?

Yes. We require our own diagnostic assessment before repairs begin.
Can I book an appointment just to get an opinion or initial advice?

General discussion is usually free, but testing and inspection are chargeable.
What happens after diagnostics have been completed?

A repair recommendation and estimate will be provided where applicable.
